Wow Turbo Tax really dropped the ball on this one. Their lack of support and information astounds me. What really concerns me though is why the IRS does not have the exact information that is on our 1040 forms. I went to get my payment and after several tries got in only to find the IRS did not have my DD info which is a turbo card. This tells me they added info to my 1040 after the fact (turbo dd info). I have been with turbo for 4 years and am so disappointed in them.

Yeah, the impression I get from Turbo Tax is they don’t really seem to care much about their customers. They don’t seem to realize the magnitude of their screw up. I will never use turbo tax again as a result. I suppose it’s my fault ultimately. I should have read the fine print. The IRS doesn’t have my banking info because the turbo tax replaced it with their own, apparently.
