ok on the irs.gov get my payment tool for the stimulus check it says that my check was deposited on my turbo tax debit card on 4/15/2020 however I still haven't received it.  I called the number to run a check to see if my money was going to be held by another agency, it says that there isn't nothing against my social security number. So i'm just wanting to know where it is? irs.gov says to check with bank if it says it was deposited on a certain date

what probably occurred is the money "bounced back" to the IRS and they will send a paper check.  You should refceive a letter from them within a few weeks explaining what they did with the payment,
