Has anyone received their stimulus direct deposit payment yet?

Yes, some folks have received their Stimulus Payment.  The IRS stated that they will start depositing the Stimulus Payments into peoples bank accounts by the middle April.  This does not mean that you will receive yours then.   We will have more information once the government finalizes the details.

• @ReginaM if I I accidentally selected on my taxes “can be claimed as dependent” but my parents didn’t put me down will I still receive the stimulus

No.

Part of the ineligibility occurs if you can be claimed as a dependent regardless of if you are or not. 

If your parents could have claimed you, you would not be able to receive a stimulus payment.
