Online it says that my second stimulus check was mailed to me but I don't receive it what can I do to get my payment

When was it mailed?  To what address?  Was it a paper check or a plastic card that looks like a credit card with money on it like a pre-paid or gift card you can use to deposit or pay bills with?  Do IRS and SSA  have your correct address?  Need this information first before anything else.

It got mailed to me in February and I never received it it was a paper check my mailing address was 807 virginia ave Parkersburg wv 26101 but I just moved to another address about a week ago my new address is 59 hill ave Parkersburg wv 26101
