Stimulus Check

Hello!

Some background knowledge on this subject would be that I am currently 18 years old and I turned 18 on the 17th of April.

I filed a 2018 tax return as I was working a full time job while going to school and received a tax return of $1015.  I filed as an independent and had no dependents on my tax return because I was living alone at the time. I live in California, and I have no idea how the taxes work here, but I'm stating this just to add information in regards to what is going on.

The year 2019 comes along and I stopped working by then, to which I was a full time student but still in high-school. I was not required to file a 2019 tax return so I did not file for that year. The stimulus check comes around and I see that I'm eligible for the $1200 payment, to which I applied for via TurboTax. I filed on the 12th, and it's been almost 3 weeks since I've been waiting. I listed my banking number and such,, and I tried to download my pdf, but turbotax isn't letting me download it. My brother has already gotten his and I'm confused as to why I'm not getting mine.

I used the IRS site to check my payment, but it's not letting me. I tried to see if I could contact turbotax but they're not taking my calls. I really need answers and I'm so lost with this process.

Thank you!

Can someone please give me an answer as to why I'm not getting my check?

Nobody claimed me as an independent and I clearly qualify to receive the stimulus check.

Turbo tax support is off and they're not even giving me emails.

    I really need answers.
