Stimulus Check Deposits??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

So in my hours upon hours of research. I found out that the IRS said they have sent Turbotax and H&R Block the stimulus payments. So dont give me any BS about Turbotax not having it.  I have seen everywhere that there is a glitch due to the tax preparing sites having the temp account so the stimulus checks are there in the temp account used to hold refunds to take the fee out of. so the question is this why are people getting their stimulus checks in their turbo card and why are some others not getting their stimulus checks????

Turbo tax does not have the option to add Bank information (routing and account #) to Tax returns if you owed money to the IRS for years 2018-2019 hence delaying stimulus payout since IRS does will not receive a Bank Account on file due to the way turbo Tax software was developed and files your return on a no federal refunds, it will file your return with xxxx or blank on add bank account info on your 1040 or 1040ez  line20 b,d .
