Stimulus and refund

My tax refund was under 60 day review that was supposed to end 04/20 started on 02/20 with pandemic no refund has been released nothing from IRS and I can't speak to anyone I also haven't gotten stimulus entered direct deposit info almost a month ago and the status hasn't changed to this day saying only i am eligible for the payment they will provide a date when available and they will deposit in my acct. I don't know what to do.

Even for stimulus?? I know some ppl have got no stimulus but got their refund and vice versa

The stimulus is based on the last filed tax return.    You should get it based on the 2018 tax return  if you filed that, otherwise it is based on the 2019 return.  If the 2019 is being processed then the data has not been processed yet so the stimulus does not know about it yet.
