How do I get Turbo Tax to not give me a credit for the $1400.00 for my non citizen wife?

Did you enter a Social Security number for her? Of did you enter an ITIN that you applied for and received from the IRS?

She has a ss# from when she first came here from Brazil and was a nanny, so I did enter that number. It will not let me pass the stimulus area without giving then an extra 1400.00 on their return.

I'm not sure what to do?

If she has a valid SS number and you are filing as Married Filing Jointly then she would be eligible for the $1,400 Recovery Rebate Credit.
