I filed taxes late Feb and due a refund. I received unemployment for several months in 2020. I received 3rd stimulus payment after Congress passed the bill in March but still have not yet received my refund. Are refunds being delayed for people in my situation (2020 unemployment benefits) until the kinks are worked out of the $10,200 that won't be taxed? If so, when will those refunds start coming through? If not, why would I have received stimulus but not tax refund?

Perhaps you had a refund offset. Other reasons some returns take longer to process are the following:
The IRS will contact you by mail when we need more information to process your return.
Keep checking the IRS Where's My Refund page to see if your refund status has been updated
