Turbo tax keeps asking me to file a state income tax. I live in Florida, we have no state income tax.

There is no personal income tax tax in Florida.

You only need to prepare a Florida Tangible Property Tax Return if:

• You own a business or have a rental property with assets (other than vehicles); and
•  Your assets are located in Florida.

If you meet the above criteria, select Add State to prepare a Florida Tangible Property Tax Return. Note that this return cannot be e-filed.

That may be but when one gets to the point where additional money is wanted to continue the return and I do not meet the criteria there is a question.
