Do I send W2 with my state return? Attached or not

    When you print out your state return to file by mail READ the filing instructions.   It will tell you.  Some states want copies of your W-2's etc but do not want staples or paper clips.  READ.

    This is for California. Instructions state, 'do not attach and form W2'. o they still nant it sent in, unattached?
