Why is my turbo tax showing my state refund accepted, but the NC website is showing not processed?

Accepted just means the state accepted for processing. Then they process it and approve it. So it's still working though their system.

Okay, because it has been over 5 weeks and it is still processing and it usually doesn’t take that long.
