I am mailing in my state return for a refund.

Do i have to include all 1099 Div,INT, and 1099B forms?  or can i just send the w2?

when i did efile before i didnt have to include any 1099s. Are those mandatory?  i am getting a full refund from NJ because i lived in PA and tax was taken out in NJ.. until i flipped that a yr later.

You only have to mail in any forms that show state withholding- usually the W2s only.

Thank you. Yes, in this case, i was getting a full refund on my W2 and this was only based on what was withheld, not on 1099 INT,DIV etc. ... just a refund on my witholding.  For PA , I owed all and the 1099 Divs went into that payment.  I efiled that. Had to send the NJ return.  The joys of living in another state working remotely and forgetting to flip my withholding to NJ. SMH. Anyway, thanks.  In 12 weeks or so, i hope to have a check in my hands.
