If you lived and worked in Arizona for part of the year, and Georgia for part of the year, you will file a part year return for each state and allot your federal income between the two states.
If you were an Arizona resident for the entire year, you will need to file an Arizona resident return and a Georgia non-resident return. You will always want to enter the non-resident state first, then the resident state, so your resident state can see the taxed paid in the non-resident state and not charge you double for the same income.
For more information about requirements to file a Georgia part year resident or non-resident return, please see Georgia Filing Requirements
