State Return rejected due to license wrong/fixed license and now it is continuing error

To fix this:

 

1. Log back into TurboTax Online and go to the "Finish and File" section

2. Revisit Step 3: "Get ready to save and file your returns."

3. Continue until you reach the screen that asks, "What type of state-issued ID do you have?" 

4. Choose the ID you have and fill in the required details (state of issuance, ID number, issue date, expiration date). 5. If you don't have a driver's license or state ID, select "I don't have any of these forms of ID." 

6. Follow the prompts to review agreements, confirm your personal information, and finalize everything. 

7. Finally, sign and transmit your state return. 

 

If the issue persists, you might need to file the return by U.S. Mail instead.
