State refund waa less than expected

Turbo state refund was $2326.33 less than calculated. Can you explain the discrepancy?

For state return?  Turbo Tax won't know why the state adjusted your return.  You have to ask the state.  They should be sending you a letter.  Haven' heard of any state refunds reduced.  There are a lot of federal refunds reduced we might be able to explain, but not state.  They might have kept some for something you owed like a past tax due or  child support or parking tickets, etc.

You will need to contact the Department of Revenue for your state to ask them about the discrepancy.
