State Filing Fees

Why does Turbox Tax deluxe say that it costs 19.99 to file a State. But when it comes time to charge your CC, it charges you 24.99

As of March 1 the early bird discount was removed ... the cost is now $24.99 not $19.99 and it says so on the web site here :

You can print the state and mail it for the cost of a stamp instead.

However, the payment information on the Program says 19.99

Prices are always subject to change and are set at the time of filing ... it is written in the small print.
