I just e-filed with Turbo tax Premier. I e-filed Federal and two state returns. My understanding is that the Premier version of Turbo Tax includes one state filing, but when I checked out my credit card was charged $25 each for both states. Am I entitled to a $25 refund for the second state?

It sounds like you are using the Desktop software (CD/Download), with that you get one Free State Program (used to prepare your return).  To e-file a State return there is a charge of $25 for each return.

The following is how it is listed for the TurboTax Desktop software:

Includes 5 federal e-files and 1 State download
    State e-file additional

If it says one free state it should be free to file that one free state.

@j2banana  There has always been a charge to e-file a State return with TurboTax Desktop software.  You get one Free State program (to prepare your return)
