State E-File Rejected - Wisconsin - No Error

My 2024 Wisconsin E-File was rejected, federal was accepted.  When I open Turbo Tax and and click Check E-file Status, it gives me the option to review and then shows no errors and nothing that needs to be done.

I've attached screenshots of what I see in the program.  Any help would be appreciated.

Your Wisconsin return will be able to e-file after a product release scheduled for today, 2/4/2024.  You will need to update your software.  After you update the program, go back into your tax return and revisit the Child and Dependent Care Credit section, under Wisconsin credits and taxes. Make any necessary additions/changes, run the final review, save the return and then re-transmit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
