State and Local Tax Refund Summary but did not receive a 1099G

Turbo Tax seemed to pull my tax refund from 2022 as State and Local Tax Refund but I did not receive a 1099G.  I also dont think I need to claim this as I used the standard deduction last year.

If you used the Standard Deduction on your 2022 tax return then you do not need to enter the 2022 state tax refund on the 2023 federal tax return.
