Hello,
TurboTax Online: I need to fix an error on my State and Local Income Tax Refund Worksheet but I can't get access to the form. I looked all through the Web Page and can't find it anywhere!!!! Extremely frustrated that I'm spending hours on this because I don't seem to have a way to access this worksheet!!!!!
Where do I access the worksheet so I can fix a simple error!???
Andrea

Only the downloaded program has the FORMS mode where direct entries can be made ... when using the online version you need to manuver back to that input screen in the interview tree.

Most of the entries on the State and Local Income Tax Refund Worksheet come from another form or are calculated by TurboTax. Most of the entries cannot be changed on the worksheet itself, even if you access the worksheet in forms mode in the CD/Download TurboTax software. You have to correct the information that feeds into it.
What exactly do you want to change? Why do you think it's wrong?
Instead of entering last year's "Total Payments and Withholding", it entered this year's. Don't know if the program has a bug & entered the wrong number or if it was my mistake, but the numbers were OK everywhere else in my forms. Thankfully I caught it before I sent it off.
I ended up getting someone on the phone earlier in the afternoon & she told me where I had to go in order to fix the number. They got it buried in there pretty good. So I was able to fix it & file my taxes. Just got the response from the IRS (that was quick) that they accepted it so it looks like all the numbers are correct.
Thanks so much for responding.
