This happens to me every year. When I click "continue from Turbo Tax Online," it tells me it can't import my info. I have tried both emails. I see the products I have purchased in the last 3 years when I sign in, but I can't find any place that says to download a copy.
I do have a downloaded copy on my computer but I can't seem to get this piece to work!

So I'm unclear on what you are trying to do. Did you prepare your tax return in TurboTax Online last year, but want to download your tax file to use in TurboTax Desktop this year?
Or, are you trying to download TurboTax Desktop 2024, which you've already purchased? If this applies, when you Sign In to your Intuit Account, click on Products & Billings, then the right arrow.
You'll see a card for each year's product with a link for Download/License.
Actually I had it wrong. I was just confused on the online vs desk top. I figured it out. My next question is how to delete this post! 😂
