SSTB Question

Not sure if a medical billing company would be classified as a SSTB as we are not directly providing "health services".

No, it would not. Businesses supporting healthcare and not providing medical services directly to a patient would be excluded as SSTB. And just FYI... it does not matter if the business is a SSTB if the taxpayer's taxable income falls below the $315,000 ($157,000 Single). single) threshold.
