Do you mean your SSA1099? If you did not receive one you can go to the Social Security website for it https://faq.ssa.gov/link/portal/34011/34019/Article/3706/How-can-I-get-a-form-SSA-1099-1042S-Social-Security-Benefit-Statement
As for claiming a dependent, if your only source of income was SSI there is no benefit to claiming a dependent. You do not have to file a tax return if your only source of income was SSI.
