Please clarify the question you want to ask.
You currently have the free edition of TurboTax which does not support the live agent feature.
However, this forum does have CPA's, Lawyers and IRS enrolled agents on our staff to help with any questions.
Please contact us again with any questions, and provide some additional details.
I have purchased both the Premium and Premier editions for 2024.
I am not using a Free edition. I would like to talk to a live agent asap...

It can take up to 5 business days before your bank processes the deposit.
Did you request to have the TurboTax fees paid from your federal tax refund? If so...
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the $40 service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the $40 service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

For many decades I have used Turbotax. Last year I had to go online rather than use a disk, and IT WAS A NIGHTMARE.
This year is looking worse.
Your system makes no sense. I'll give turbotax ONE CHANCE to get me straightened out, then I find a better way.
At this point, I've started out online. Can I download a desktop version?
Your system is telling me I must file by March 30. That's BS, and if that's your new requirement, I'm out of hear.
@DPeterson3 You can use the TurboTax desktop editions if your system meets the minimum requirements
Go to this website for the 2025 desktop editions - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
Minimum system requirements - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/tta-system-requirements/
Do not know where you seeing a date of March 30 to file, unless it is one of the TurboTax online edition offers for pricing of the edition. If so, that is a marketing issue and not a actual filing issue since April 15, 2026 is the last date to file without penalty if you have taxes owed.
i dont have a computer of laptop comparable to file my 2024
TurboTax for prior years isn't available in an app or online version. Only the downloadable version mentioned by DoninGA will allow you to prepare a prior year return using TurboTax.
