President gave Obamacare fine directive to not collect. When will your software reflect that? Or, do we have to submit and let gov correct it?

Sorry ... the President said a lot of things but the declaration didn't hold up in court ... the penalty is still enforced until 2019 and they will collect on it and you cannot bypass it on the 2017 or 2018 tax returns.

It still needs to be included on your tax return, but they cant send the penalty amount to collections if you don't pay it.
