Solar Credit in CA 2022

Hi,

I added solar panels to my home in 2022 & filled out form 5695 which reduced my federal taxes, but did not reduce my tax liability for California. Is this normal? Does CA not give a tax credit for solar installation? Is there a CA form for Solar Credit?
