Question

Software problem

Purchased 2021 Turbotax Deluxe. All of the packaging said 2012. Installed and the software is actually 2020 version. Will not even import 2020 return.

    Did you purchase it from TurboTax or from somewhere else?

    Please confirm the website or retail location where you purchased the software. If possible, also include a photo of the packaging so we can further assist you.
