software issue

I do not think my tt is working right. pension and social security are over 75000 but not being recorded as income thus giving me a refund of over 10000. Is there something I'm not aware of?

You must have answered a question wrong when you entered the 1099R. Delete it and enter it again. Since you're not showing any taxable amount for the pension that probably made your ss not taxable either.
