I don't see that anything has changed for those.  IF there are advisory fees that are taken from within the deferred account itself, then there's nothing for you to do......they just lower the accumulating gain (hopefully an overall gain) in that account

Are you allowed to take off investment advisory fees in 2018 in tax deferred accounts?

For 2017 and earlier, you could take an itemized deduction for advisory fees paid ONLY if the fees were separately paid from funds outside of the tax deferred account.  If paid from funds inside the tax deferred account, they never were deductible.
For 2018 on,  investment advisory fees are not deductible at all.

Are you allowed to take off investment advisory fees in 2018 in tax deferred accounts?

2018 investment advisory fees are indeed deductible. The final bill did not get rid of these.
check out section 1301 through 1312 for all the changes to personal deductions:

Are you allowed to take off investment advisory fees in 2018 in tax deferred accounts?

@thcourtrbiz :   Investment advisory fees for individuals is normally reported as a misc itemized deduction subject to the 2% limitations.  Per your reference:
"SEC. 11045. SUSPENSION OF MISCELLANEOUS ITEMIZED DEDUCTIONS.
    (a) In General.--Section 67 is amended by adding at the end the
following new subsection:
``(g) Suspension for Taxable Years 2018 Through 2025.--
Notwithstanding subsection (a), no miscellaneous itemized deduction
shall be allowed for any taxable year beginning after December 31,
2017, and before January 1, 2026.''.
    (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by this section shall apply
to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2017."

I'd be glad to hear that investment advisory fees for an individual are deductible in the future.

Yes.  Thanks.  I have now confirmed it in 2018 IRS PUB. 17.  Chapter 27 - Other Itemized Deductions Page 193:   "Investment Fees and Expenses Investment fees, custodial fees, trust administration fees, and other expenses you paid for managing your investments that produce taxable income are miscellaneous itemized deductions and are no longer deductible."
