I was told by the agent that not only did they receive it, but accepted it, and that TurboTax should reflect that, but as of today 1/17, it still shows that they haven’t accepted it, should I contact TurboTax support to find out why? I applied for the refund advance and just waiting on being accepted so I can receive that, but TurboTax hasn’t changed the status yet.
