So I Filed A W-2 to my Tax preparer to a Form 1040 and I had left a W-2 at home on accident. I’m tryna file it on TurboTax but I keep getting rejected due to a IND-452.

Is it because I file already in a Form 1040

A 2024 tax return with your name and Social Security number has already been filed and accepted by the IRS.  To add another W-2 to your  filed 2024 tax return you will have to amend the tax return.

Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS.

The instructions that DoninGA gave you are for amending a tax return that you filed yourself with TurboTax. If a tax preparer filed your tax return for you, you should go back to the preparer with the W-2 that was omitted and have the preparer file an amended return for you to add the missing W-2. Trying to file an amended return yourself with TurboTax, if you did not originally file with TurboTax, would be difficult for you.

Ok thank you so much for your response!
