You have to file your tax return using the name and SSN as they appear on your Social Security card. It appears that your name is spelled Asmast on your SS card. And you should file under that name in 2017.

If your name is spelled incorrectly, you must contact the Social Security Administration and have it changed.

In this case, your 2016 tax return may have been rejected for another reason. The IRS usually matches the first four characters of your name with your SSN and the two versions of your name would pass this test. For 2017, I would then recommend that you use a correct name Asmat on your tax return. If it is rejected with E-file reject code R0000-500-01, then file it again using Asmast.
