Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

Since it seems Mint and Turbotax "share a community", Why do I have to keep "resyncing" my chase accounts?

Every since they changed the way that mint connects to chase, every time I log in, it says that I have to redo my chase connection because of the new method.  I do that, enter my usernames and passwords (have 3 chase accounts under different usernames) and things refresh.  Next day when I log in I have to start all over.  What's the problem

and PLEASE do not say this is the turbotax community.  If that is try please post a link to the MINT COMMUNITY and not just a general link to mint help section.  The people in chat were useless and I am hoping that a user can actually help me

Sorry, but Mint is a free program and there really is no substantial support network.

You are basically left with one of the links below (which you apparently have already tried), otherwise.

Welcome to Mint Support

How do I contact support?

Regardless, the vast majority of Mint users posting here are posting because they also have issues with MInt.

I've read the guidelines and understand them, thanks.

The fact is, however, that very few Mint users post on this board and, when they do, it is typically to post issues they, themselves, are experiencing and not to answer questions posted by other Mint users who are experiencing issues.

I apologize in advance if you feel what I wrote was harsh or insensitive, but it's just a fact; Mint is a completely free app and there is virtually no support for it beyond Chat.
