Silly question but once I finish with my DIY taxes, do I mail in or can it be e filed?

I have Y21 and Y22 that I downloaded and are to begin today. once complete do I mail in my information or can i send e file via turbo

Prior year tax returns (2022 or earlier) can only be printed and mailed, they cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.

When mailing multiple tax years use a separate envelope for each tax year.  Also consider using a tracking service from the US Post Office to get confirmation that the tax returns were received by the IRS.

Prior year returns must be mailed in for DIY prep software. Save files for mailing in, and then save files to keep with all the worksheets that are more comprehensive than what is needed to mail to the IRS.
