I am trying to Sign on to Vangaurd Brokerage using my document ID # from my vanguard documents
after putting in my document # (no spaces) does not turn on the "continue button"
I have checked - there are 11 characters in my input
last year this is not an issue

Does hitting the Enter key do anything? Or try to zoom out the screen size, maybe reduce it to 70% to enable the Continue button to be visible... See the link below for other suggestions.
The issue was
the account number input box
and the password input box on my iMac screen were basically white on white
with no contrasting box colors
so I could not see 2 input boxes
i was entering the 1099R account id # in the first box and not seeing the second box for the following input
