Please clarify

 

When you are typing your name in the signature section, is it giving you an error?

The software is very picky with the signature section. The trick is to type your name exactly as it's shown above the signature section, including the middle initials and capitalization. 

 

Check how your name is spelled above the signature section. Make sure you capitalize any letter as shown above, and include or remove any middle initials to match your name exactly as it appears.

 The bar where you type in won’t take any input there just is a blue bar something suspicious here like intuit wants money from me

Signature bar won’t take

Sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files) because a full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax.  You can try these steps if you are using the online version:

 

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window
