Should the printed copy of a return include my signature and filing date?

Does turbo take automatically include my signature and filing date when the return is filed?

There is no written signature on a tax return that was e-filed. When TurboTax electronically transmits your tax return to the IRS it's "signed" with a digital signature based on the previous-year AGI or the 5-digit e-file PIN that you entered. The digital signature is not on the printed copy.
