We are married for more than one year, but last year I was filing as Single because my wife didn't have the visa to come in US. At the end of September, we came together in US. What should be my filling status in this case?

If you were married on December 31, 2019, you should filed as married rather than single. The "married filing jointly" status is usually the most beneficial.
