Were you given a service code for the online program from a TT rep ? It was a one time use code so if you entered it and then went back to change something then the code is now void... you will need to call for another code when you are ready to file.
Or are you trying to use the downloaded/CD program's activation code to pay for the online program ? If so that activation code will not work with the online program system. Why are you not using the program you purchased ?
I didn’t purchase the software. Just did on line.
Only Tech support can issue a service code ... contact them ...
