Good Afternoon,
I had a pleasant conversation with, Gordon, who offered me a service code, based on some pricing issues I had.
I entered the service code and received a message that implied it would be reflected in my bill. Though, I could not see the discount, I assumed it would be reflected. I even entered the code twice and got the same message both times.
Sadly, the 10% discount was not reflected in my final price.
Please help.
