We will be filing Married filing Jointly though we are Separated. We were still married Dec 31 2021. We've agreed that Taxes need to be filed, and I've used TurboTax for a number of years. We expect a Return but can't agree how the return should be split. I made 95% and my Ex-to-be worked a seasonal job. I feel that I should get majority of Tax Return because I made the majority of our money this year.

Well--- then consult your attorneys. Neither the IRS or TurboTax is going to mediate your disagreement over who gets how much of the income tax refund on a joint tax return. When you file a joint return the refund comes with both names on it.
Yes, I've consulted my lawyer. Since we had our Date of Separation in early 2021, most likely the majority of the tax return should come to me. There aren't any IRS tax laws regarding this, so it'll be a conversation between myself and Ex wife. Thanks for the input.
