SENIOR FORM `1040?

I just filed my 2019 Tax Return and printed a copy.  The printed copy was different from the on screen form 1040?  It says it's a "senior" version. Also, Schedule D prints a little differently.   I am 81 and have used Turbo for years.  Never saw this before.  "Kind of" unsettling since my screen form doesn't match the printed one(s).

    FORM 1040 and FORM 1040SR

There seems to be a considerable amount of confusion and worry regarding the new Form 1040SR.  There is no need to worry if your return is on a Form 1040SR this year.

Compare the Form 1040 and the Form 1040SR with each other.  The lines are the same.  The calculations will be done exactly the same way.  The difference is the 1040SR has larger print and a different background color. There is no effect whatsoever on your tax due or refund amount.

I personally think it is great that I will not need a magnifying glass to look at my tax return this year.

Thanks for the reply.  I see the two forms have all the same info.  SoI am not worried since IRS accepted  my return.  Just suggest Turbo make user aware so the elderly don’t miss a heart beat when they get to the end of th return!😊
