Seller-financed mortgage box is pre-checked and won't uncheck

When I got to Other Interest and Dividends page on TurboTax Deluxe 2024, the second box ix pre-checked. Why? I can't uncheck it. I can check None of the above, but the Seller-financed Mortgage box remains checked!

It could be that the box was checked earlier in the process. You could try deleting the worksheet that contains this information. Go to Forms Mode and look for a Schedule B, Seller-Financed Mortgage Interest Statement. If it is there and has no needed entries, click Delete Form at the bottom and this may resolve the issue.
