What are the filing steps for a self employed with LLC (no employees)?

How do I submit the quarterly fed taxes plus SS & Medicare withholding? in 2021 I used 941, is that correct?

Is there a process at the end of the year? in 2021 I used W2 & W3, was that correct?

Is there an easier process that I should have used?

If you are a sole proprietor, you do none of these things. Your LLC is a disregarded entity for the IRS. You and your business are one and the same. You file your income and expenses on Schedule C. Your profit is your income. You are not an employee and you do not issue yourself a W-2 or a 1099.

The quarterly withholdings are paid as estimated taxes.
