Hello. I'm a Lyft driver (self-employed). How do I enter Lyft's commission (not my commission!) for 2016?  TY

You can enter this expense as Commissions paid to your rideshare company.  Go to your business expenses section.  Look for ''Other Common Business Expenses''.  Other common business expenses in this section include:

• Advertising
• Meals and entertainment
• Office expenses
• Commissions paid
• Rental expenses
• Contract labor
• Supplies
• Utilities
