Did you work at locations where you maintain a place of business of your own for your self-employment work, or did you work at locations of your clients or companies that you performed work for? If you do not have a separate place of business of your own, and you worked at the locations of other businesses that you worked for, then your business address is your home address, even if you never did any self-employment work at home.
