Selecting "Start State Now" but download fails.

Selecting "Start State Now", prompt to purchase but I have the deluxe version, select my state, "Colorado", and then proceed to "Download Now". Then i get the "let's download and install you states" select "OK" then nothing happens.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
