Installation error 1305. What do I do

In trying to install from disc, I keep getting Error 1305.  I have tried all the fixes from the Turbo Tax site but nothing works.  Is this an error in the TT disc or in my computer?  Or is it a user error?

the link is not working, also i still have the problem and the 800 number taking so long to answer with no help, do you have the solution for the error 1305
