Recently I was alerted that someone logged into my account from another state. I immediately changed our password and turned on 2-step verification. Since then, I have received HUNDREDS of text messages with a verification code. Who do I contact? How do I make it stop? I'm alarmed that it's ongoing...20+ texts per day. I changed my password for a 3rd time but is there someone I can contact? Thanks. Really freaking out.

Call customer support and ask for the security team.

It seems likely that someone made a typo when setting up their account, and they are typing in your user name by mistake, and trying to reset their password.  I don't think there is much way of stopping this short of contacting them directly to clear up the problem.  So you need to call the security team.
